This is a flight characterization test of Lockheed Martin’s Miniature Hit-to-kill (MHTK) interceptor at White Sands Missile Range. The MHTK is designed to be small in size, yet able to defeat rockets, mortars and artillery targets through kinetic energy at ranges greatly exceeding those of current systems.
