Former President and First Lady, Barack and Michelle Obama, arriving/departing Joint Base Andrews. Video include the arrival on ‘Executive One’ (‘Marine One’ when carrying the President of the United States) helicopter, Barack and Michelle Obama greeting military service members, and the departure on Special Mission 28000 (‘Air Force One’ when carrying the President of the United States) aircraft.

Executive One usually is the call sign designated for any United States civil aircraft when the President of the United States is on board. However, on January 20, 2009, the military helicopter that normally has the call sign “Marine One” was assigned the “Executive One” call sign when it took on George W. Bush, whose term as president had just expired. Executive One was also used as the call sign for the helicopter used to transport Barack Obama on January 20, 2017 after his presidency ended. Obama’s plane ride also is no longer designated Air Force One. It’s official call sign is Special Air Mission 28000.
